If we have not begun submissions on your order, you can request a full refund and we will process it without questions.
Once submissions are underway, refunds are prorated against the listings already completed. Your proof report shows exactly what was done, so the calculation is transparent.
Directory rejections are not refundable on their own, because the work of preparing and submitting the listing has been done. Where possible we substitute another directory at no extra cost.
